Are you a caring individual living in the Cardiff area looking for a Support Worker role? Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based in Ty Onnen, Llanishen Court, Llanishen, Cardiff, CF14 5BE. At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role. Full and part time positions available.
Role of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by providing support with the following:
- Personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation
- Accessing the local community e.g., shopping, activities, trips
- Day-to-day household duties
- Any other daily routines the people we support have
