ZETEC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit experienced Production Operators. The main focus of this temporary to permanent role is to safely operate production machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards and production targets are achieved. Full training will be provided, although prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential.
Shift Pattern
This is a full time permanent role, working Monday-Friday, 12hr shift pattern.
Responsibilities
- Operating machinery according to safety and quality procedures
- Conducting basic equipment checks and reporting any faults
- Monitor production output to ensure compliance with specifications
- Complete production documentation and shift reports accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Engage in training and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments
- Willingness to learn and undertake full training
