Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small team of 4 Vehicle Technicians and 2 Aftersales Advisors to deliver high-quality service
  • Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, maximising workshop utilisation and labour sales
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, budgets, and customer service scores as an Aftersales Manager
  • Support and develop team members, maintaining a positive and professional work environment
  • Support the implementation of policies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a franchise-approved dealership, preferably within a small to medium-sized operation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • IT literacy
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Live within South East Wales or nearby
