Location: Site based, covering Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Oxford, Swindon, Taunton and surrounding areas.
Standard Hours: Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Joiner to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties. This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience:
- Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Joinery background, joinery experience essential.
- Joinery repairs of various doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms and general type of duties to ensure functionality.
- Flooring experience essential: Vinyl floor laying, vinyl flooring, cap and cove.
- Plumbing desirable: Replacing or repairing sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, refurbishment of shower heads and taps.
- Painting and decorating experience preferred.
- Social Housing experience is essential as you will be working in tenanted properties on general repairs maintenance.
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards.
- NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery.
- Full UK driving license is required. The role will also require a DBS check to be completed.
