They support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading practice across the setting, and nurturing a warm, secure environment for children, families, and staff.
With a particular focus on 0–2s, they champion attachment-led care, model outstanding interactions, and guide the team in delivering the EYFS to an exceptional standard. The role includes staff supervision, parent partnership, safeguarding responsibilities, and contributing to the continued growth and development of our beautiful Morpeth provision.
