The predicted salary is between 29400 - 29400 £ per year.

Full in-house training will be provided. A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided for business use. Opportunity may arise for IPAF/PASMA training for high-level cleaning. A Mobile Cleaning Supervisor is required to work in the Midlands and extended area. Minimum 40 hours per week; however, you must be prepared to work additional hours as and when required. You will be required to cover early morning starts, evenings, and occasional weekends. Salary of £29,400 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the work schedule.
  • Take ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others at work.
  • Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements.
  • Ensure any appropriate warning signs are always in use.
  • Observe and comply with site rules and regulations at all times.
  • Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order.
  • Report all machine and building faults to line manager.
  • Respond courteously to customer and management requests.
  • Undertake any other duties required by line managers.
  • Use time and attendance system to record working hours.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Preferably have cleaning experience; however, training can be provided.
  • Supervisory experience would be an advantage as some supervision of other staff may be required.
  • An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position. If you do not have a DBS then NECS will cover the cost to apply.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license required (vehicle is manual).
