Full in-house training will be provided. A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided for business use. Opportunity may arise for IPAF/PASMA training for high-level cleaning. A Mobile Cleaning Supervisor is required to work in the Midlands and extended area. Minimum 40 hours per week; however, you must be prepared to work additional hours as and when required. You will be required to cover early morning starts, evenings, and occasional weekends. Salary of £29,400 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the work schedule.
- Take ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others at work.
- Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements.
- Ensure any appropriate warning signs are always in use.
- Observe and comply with site rules and regulations at all times.
- Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order.
- Report all machine and building faults to line manager.
- Respond courteously to customer and management requests.
- Undertake any other duties required by line managers.
- Use time and attendance system to record working hours.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Preferably have cleaning experience; however, training can be provided.
- Supervisory experience would be an advantage as some supervision of other staff may be required.
- An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position. If you do not have a DBS then NECS will cover the cost to apply.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license required (vehicle is manual).
