As Mobile General Assistant for Sodexo at Our Lady Of Magnificat Schools you will contribute towards the smooth running of a fast‑paced food and beverage operation.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies and presenting it in the most eye‑catching way possible, ensuring we offer the best service possible.
- You work no unsociable hours and get public holidays off.
- Prepare delicious meals for our school team and pupils.
- Keep the kitchen and serving areas stocked, clean and hygienic at all times.
- Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
- Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure that all machines and equipment are operated correctly.
- Always uphold the reputation of the company.
Qualifications
- Have a great sense of teamwork.

Additional Information
- Full‑time progression: £13.00 per hour, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time only (39 week Working Contract paid over 52 weeks).
- This position requires a Driving Licence and access to a vehicle; all travel expenses are reimbursed.
- Retention bonus for all attached mobile roles – £200 on successful completion of 12‑week probation, further £300 after 52 weeks of complete employment in role.
- Equated pay (sometimes known as spread‑over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months you work and none during school closures/non‑working weeks. You will receive equal amounts of pay every month.
