Duties

  • Conduct minor cosmetic damage repairs including bumper scuffs, chipped alloys, and other surface defects
  • Travel to customer locations across South Wales, at their home or workplace, to carry out repairs
  • Strive for first-time fix to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare vehicles by sanding, filling, and spraying, adhering to quality standards
  • Work independently, managing your own schedule and appointments
  • Maintain equipment and ensure all repairs meet safety and quality regulations
  • Communicate clearly with customers, providing excellent customer service throughout

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle SMART Repair Technician or relevant automotive accident repair background
  • Skills in vehicle re-spraying, filling, and prepping desirable
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive and organised approach
  • Strong customer service skills and professionalism
  • Valid UK driving licence essential
  • Self-motivated with a focus on quality workmanship and first-time fixes
  • Ability to adapt to varying working hours based on job requirements
