Due to growth, our fantastic, thriving Estate Agency client based in Mitcheldean (Gloucestershire / Forest of Dean) have a requirement for an experienced Administrator to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a busy and varied role, in which you will support both your team and customers/clients through the house buying and selling process. Previous property knowledge is non-essential for someone with all round office/administration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration to support the team
- Manage team diaries, booking in property viewings and appointments
- Preparing high-quality property details and marketing materials
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth transactions
- Keep internal systems up to date and accurate
Candidate Attributes
- Previous office/administration experience
- Friendly, professional manner
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday alternate Saturdays 9am - 5pm (with a day off in the week in lieu)
Fully based onsite / in-office.
