Role Overview

Senior Care Assistant in home care.

Deliver personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes, maintain care standards, mentor new team members, build positive relationships with clients and their families, and contribute to a high‑quality care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
• Support and mentor new members of the care team.
• Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 12 months care experience.
• NVQ level 2 preferred (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK with no sponsorship required.
• Availability to work up to 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7 am–10 pm and alternating weekends.
