You might support a service through a staffing gap, help stabilise a team, or assist during a period of change. Every placement has purpose—and your impact is immediate.
What you'll be doing:
- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Supporting daily routines, including personal care, meals and finances
- Encouraging independence, confidence and choice
- Supporting people in the home and out in their community
- Working as part of different teams to deliver safe, consistent, high‑quality care
What we're looking for:
- Adaptable – comfortable working in different environments
- Reliable and flexible – able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- Competent and willing to learn – full training provided
- Experienced or values-driven – care experience is helpful, but not essential
- Committed to high standards – compliant, professional and person‑centred
You’ll also need to:
- Commute to the home you are working in (up to 1 hour from your home address)
- Use your own car for work and have (or be willing to obtain) business insurance
