- Assist people to gain more independence in daily life, including personal care services.
- Teach new life skills and encourage participation in local community activities.
- Socialise with clients, organizing activities such as visiting the zoo, swimming, cooking lessons, film nights, or cinema outings.
- Work within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people in living environments.
- Support clients in achieving personal goals, such as preparing meals independently or travelling on holiday.
- General support tasks as required by team or service protocols.
