Role Overview
The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust, enhancing the member experience in the gym by delivering inductions, programmes and reviews, delivering studio based group exercise classes, adhering to Your Trust brand standards and increasing and maintaining the fitness membership base of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver gym inductions, programmes and reviews to members.
- Lead studio based group exercise classes.
- Adhere to brand standards and deliver high quality service.
- Increase and maintain the fitness membership base of the centre.
- Assist in membership sales and develop lead generation plans.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor or equivalent qualification.
- Experience dealing with customers and working in a gym environment.
- Recognised Group Exercise Class Qualification or ability to achieve within 3‑6 months.
- Friendly, outgoing personality who likes to work with different clients.
- Ability to motivate members to achieve their goals.
- Knowledge of delivering new membership sales and developing lead generation plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
