How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:

  • Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS
  • Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development
  • Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported

What a Room Leader needs:

  • Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
  • Leadership experience desirable
