How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:
- Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development
- Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported
What a Room Leader needs:
- Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
- Excellent understanding of EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
- Leadership experience desirable
