Our well established and internationally known client based in Melksham are looking for Production/Process Operatives on a long-term ongoing basis assisting with manufacturing and production duties. The company is a manufacturer of specialist and technical equipment. This role would involve manufacturing, assembly, inspection and quality control. We are seeking to appoint experienced Production Operators who have worked within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

  • Achieving daily production requirements in terms of quality and quantity to meet customer expectations, optimising efficiency, and maintaining operational standards.
  • Working to production targets and key performance indicators.
  • Performing quality control, maintaining good knowledge of process and product quality standards and documentation, and having a good eye for detail.
  • Competent in operating various tools and equipment within a manufacturing environment.
