Overview

Power Station project Location: Llanberis, North Wales

Hours: Full Time (approx. 50 hours per week)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive M&E Site Manager to take a leading role in coordinating supervisors, teams, and work activities on behalf of Senior Site Management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality.
  • Coordinate with other work parties to promote efficient and safe working practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all QEHS procedures, site rules, and relevant legislation.
  • Proactively manage task cards, timesheets, and expenses within project milestones.
  • Support the Installation Manager in daily operations and reporting.
  • Foster a positive safety culture and ensure duty of care for all individuals on site.

Experience Required

  • Apprentice trained with C&G/NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in a relevant discipline, plus 3 years' experience as a supervisor; OR Degree qualified with 2 years' supervisory experience in Electricity Supply Industry, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or General Construction.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical installation environments is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
