Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a growing design team supporting major projects across the UK and Europe. The role will focus on coordinating BIM processes within building services design teams, ensuring models, data, and workflows are delivered to a high technical standard. You will work closely with Mechanical and Electrical design engineers, supporting large industrial developments such as data centres, logistics hubs, and large-scale distribution facilities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar BIM-focused role within a building services or engineering consultancy.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit for Mechanical and Electrical services.
- Experience coordinating BIM models across multidisciplinary design teams.
- Good understanding of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 principles, including model management and coordination workflows.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection (desirable).
- Ability to support design teams with model setup, coordination reviews, and technical outputs.
- Strong attention to detail with a well‑organised and proactive approach to workload management.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working closely with engineers and wider project stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to large-scale or technically complex projects (industrial, data centres, logistics, or similar sectors advantageous).
- Comfortable working primarily in an office-based environment, with hybrid working available once eligible.
