Registered Nurse Location: Chippenham

Pay Rate starts at: £22.00 per hour

Contract: 22.5 hours per week – 3 shifts per week or 1 long day and 1 single shift. Typical shifts are: Monday – Sunday 07:00‑14:30, 14:00‑21:30, 07:00‑21:30 on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.

Role Overview:

We are on the hunt for nurses with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Clinical Lead to join us in leading our nursing service in Chippenham. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people. The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Huntington’s, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. This wide range of conditions ensures that Clinical Leads continue to develop and learn new skills on a day‑to‑day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Help people to gain more independence in their daily lives, ensuring the clinical needs of the people we support are met.
  • Develop close working relationships with the people we support and the clinical team, centring nursing and care needs.
  • Plan and deliver clinical care and provide support and guidance to our care and clinical colleagues.
  • Maintain CPD and undertake training in areas such as dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.

Qualifications:

  • UK-based nursing qualification.
  • Relevant experience working in a Clinical Leadership role and prior experience as an RGN, RMN or RNLD.
  • Registered with the NMC.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
