We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable and family-run multi-franchise approved car dealer group in the Chippenham area, for a highly motivated and professional Used Car Sales Executive.
This is an excellent Car Sales Executive opportunity to join a successful dealership with a strong reputation in the UK automotive industry.
- Basic salary of £18,000 per annum
- Uncapped OTE of £50,000+ based on sales performance
- Personal company car - 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays (with holiday in lieu for any worked)

- Guaranteed 5-day working week, including Saturdays and alternating Sundays Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
- Sell used cars, alongside accessories, add-ons, finance, and insurance products to customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service
- Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery progress and delays
- Resolve customer queries and collect payments prior to vehicle handover
- Explain warranty, service plans, and introduce customers to the Service Department as appropriate
- Demonstrate vehicle features, promote additional products, and support customers throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
- Previous or current car sales experience is highly beneficial
- Strong track record in customer-facing retail sales with a passion for cars
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and results-driven approach
- Professional attitude, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
