Job Details

Customer Team Member – Location: 6 Oxford Street Aldbourne, Marlborough, SN8 2DQ.

Pay: £13.04 per hour. Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part‑time.

Working pattern: Closing shifts from mid‑afternoon to close, with at least one weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, Saturday, or Sunday).

Flexible availability across the week is required.

Full, paid training provided. You must be 18 or over. Work may involve early morning or late evening shifts.

  • Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and at the tills.
  • Support the day‑to‑day running of the store and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Keep shelves stocked, check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
  • Ensure the store is safe and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Promote Co‑op Membership and support the local community.
