Temporary Inbound Customer Service Advisor Location: Manchester, M1

• Northern Quarter Working Arrangement: Fully onsite Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Assignment: 14th September - 28th September 2026 Hours: Shifts between 9:00am - 8:00pm, Monday-Sunday About the Role We are currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a 2-week temporary assignment based in Manchester city centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, providing excellent service and working in a fast-paced environment.

The role will involve handling inbound telephone enquiries, assisting customers with their queries and ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

About You We are looking for candidates who: Have excellent communication and customer service skills Are confident speaking to customers over the telephone Are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Are reliable, professional and approachable Can work fully onsite in Manchester city centre Must be available to work weekends Must be available for the full assignment from 14th-28th September 2026 Must have no pre-booked holidays or days off during the assignment Important Availability Due to the temporary nature of this assignment, full availability is essential.
