The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) exists to help improve the quality, sustainability and productivity of health and social care in England and Wales. We are world leaders in our field and are looking for someone to lead on the technical delivery of our Health Care Data Analytics function. As a key member of the team you will shape NICE’s future work with real‑world data, ensuring we maximise its capabilities to inform guidance development. Responsibilities
- Lead the Healthcare Data Analytics team on the technical delivery of data analysis for guidance development.
- Oversee the quality‑assurance process and implement essential quality checks across all analysis outputs.
- Ensure the necessary data infrastructure and environments are available and maintained.
- Drive the application of advanced real‑world evidence methodology to provide robust evidence for NICE guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights for guidance decisions.
- Provide leadership on data access, sharing and transformation to convert data into research‑ready evidence.
