An experienced, motivated and passionate Team Manager is needed to join the Manchester Mental Health Liaison Team (MHLT) at Manchester Royal Infirmary Hospital. The MHLT is a PLAN accredited Liaison Service that provides a comprehensive range of mental health specialties within one multi‑disciplinary team. All patients, regardless of age, presenting complaint, time of presentation or severity, can be assessed, treated, signposted or referred appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring safe, high‑quality care delivery in line with agreed service KPIs.
- Provide line‑management supervision and oversee HR‑related tasks for team staff.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and well‑being.
- Coordinate operational tasks such as staffing, scheduling and resource allocation.
- Maintain quality standards and continuous improvement of service delivery.
