This is an exciting opportunity to join the Manchester Speech and Language Therapy Team as a full time Band 7 Team Co‑ordinator.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the traded team within the service alongside the Speech and Language Head of Service.
- Manage the core NHS service to mainstream schools.
- Day‑to‑day management of the traded team.
- Review timetables and service level agreements.
- Engage with stakeholders such as the Local Education Authority, Manchester City Council and ad‑hoc requests.
- Recruit, develop services and support staff, including conducting appraisals and one‑to‑one meetings.
- Manage sickness and absence in line with MFT policy.
