We are seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join a respected automotive dealership in Manchester.

  • Greet customers warmly and maintain professional, friendly communication throughout their service visit
  • Keep customers informed about vehicle repair and maintenance progress
  • Develop and maintain technical product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
  • Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
  • Schedule vehicle appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address customer questions
  • Maintain accurate customer records within management systems
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and the dealership’s brand reputation
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to identify customer needs and upsell services effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Target-driven mindset with a record of achieving sales or service goals
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
