As a Senior Sous Chef at Mollie's, you will lead the kitchen team, train staff, and consistently deliver high standards of food to meet guest expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen and deputising in their absence
  • Consistently delivering food to high company standards
  • Ensuring strict compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Working with the Head Chef to train and develop the kitchen team
  • Supporting the Head Chef with ordering and stock takes

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of three years’ experience as a Sous Chef is essential

  • Certification to Level 3 Food Safety is preferable
