The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and flexible individual to join the GM System Control Centre Hub Coordinator based in the Regional Operational Coordinating Centre (ROCC) at Parkway, Manchester working 18.75 hours on average per week.

You will be responsible for monitoring Acute Trusts across the region, liaising with Bed Management & Emergency Department teams in Hospitals; to develop an understanding of bed availability and overall Acute Trust status - ensuring an accurate electronic record is maintained throughout the shift. You will also be required to monitor the crew handover process and respond immediately to any capacity issues or delays in transfer of care from NWAS to provider clinician.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport. Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed. We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need. Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident. We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West.

Please note this role involves shift work, and the rota cover includes evening, weekend and night work. The majority of shifts will be 11.5 hours in duration.
