Nestled in the iconic Beetham Tower, this hotel features 279 elegantly designed rooms with stunning skyline views. Perfect for both business and leisure travellers, with 14 meeting rooms and over 1,800 square feet of event space. We are looking for someone who can work 4 hours per week (17 hours per month). As a Housekeeping Team Member (Part‑Time), you will carry out the following duties:

  • Service guest rooms – changing bed linen, cleaning the bathroom and surfaces within the room, hoovering and dusting.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Team, identifying hazards and reporting them through the appropriate means.
  • Carry out ad‑hoc cleaning duties, picking up any ad‑hoc tasks and working as a team to ensure public areas of the hotel are clean and safe for guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses.
  • Greet guests with a warm, authentic smile and deal with any guest room requests, working closely with the front‑office team to pick up any requests or complaints and communicate in a warm manner when meeting guests in corridors or rooms.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Some previous cleaning or housekeeping experience desired.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Good communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Flexible and team‑orientated.
