Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hard‑working individual to join our Housekeeping Team in the role of Room Attendant at Dakota Manchester Airport.
Primary Role Responsibilities
- Deep clean guest bedrooms and en‑suite bathrooms, making beds, detailing, and ensuring an immaculately clean environment.
- Perform vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping and lifting of items such as duvets.
- Record guest preferences and requests to personalise stays (e.g., firm pillows, cot set‑up).
- Maintain knowledge of safe chemical handling guidelines and correct use of cleaning equipment such as steamers.
- Follow health and safety procedures, including waste handling and manual handling.
Applicant Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cleaning role (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and maintain pace in guest rooms.
- High attention to detail and proactive, task‑oriented.
- Enthusiastic, positive team player willing to promote a culture of positivity.
- Flexible with shift patterns, available to meet business needs.
- Demonstrated research of Dakota brand and genuine desire to join the team.
