  • Lease Renewals: You’ll keep things running smoothly by managing tenancy renewals and extensions. You’ll be the go-to person for residents when it’s time to chat about renewing their lease or negotiating rent increases.
  • Leads Management: You’ll help guide prospective residents through the application process, manage leads, conduct viewings (either in person or virtually), and close deals to meet our lettings targets. Your approachable and friendly attitude will have them excited to join our community.
  • And So Much More: From supporting resident events to keeping things organised with emails and move-in inductions, you’ll ensure everything is running like clockwork.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Property Mark Level 6 qualification (or equivalent)
  • A proactive, positive, and resilient attitude
  • A passion for customer service and solving problems
  • Experience in property management or lettings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other property management systems (don’t worry, we’ll train you on anything new)
  • A can-do attitude and a love for working with a team that’s both fun and driven

And here’s what we offer:

  • Birthday day off, monthly paid wellbeing hour & enhanced annual leave to make sure you get the rest you need
  • Company pension scheme & medical cover for your long-term health & to help plan for the future
  • Refer a friend scheme to earn that bit of extra money by bringing incredible talent on board
  • Paid volunteering day & social events to give back to causes that truly matter & connect with your colleagues
  • Enhanced sick pay & family leave to take care of yourself & your loved ones
  • Life events for those big milestones like your child’s 1st day at school or when you get the keys to your new home - we believe that you deserve to celebrate special moments with your loved ones. Family always comes first at ub
  • Cycle to work scheme to help you get to work in a healthier, greener way
  • Study support to help you grow & reach your goals
