Our 215‑bedroom hotel combines contemporary design with exceptional service, offering guests a memorable and personalised stay. As part of the globally recognised Marriott International Tribute Portfolio, we pride ourselves on delivering distinctive experiences with character and charm. We are now looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Office team and help us continue exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a professional and friendly welcome
  • Manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and accurately
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback in a timely and positive manner
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Support with administrative tasks and system updates as required
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues when needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally within hospitality
