Range and Space Transformation Analyst £40,000 - £46,000 plus great benefits (Work level 6A) 12-month fixed-term contract Manchester city centre
- in this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office one day per week (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy). We're looking for a proactive Range and Space Transformation Analyst to join our team and help us modernise the tools and processes that support how we plan and manage ranges and space across Co-op.
You’ll play a key role in a major transformation programme, helping us move from our current on-premise solutions to more scalable, future-ready platforms that can support our growing business.
Working closely with colleagues across Range, Space, Technology and Change, you'll help make sure new systems and processes are designed, tested and embedded successfully.

What you'll do
- Support the delivery of range and space transformation project, helping to implement new tools, systems and processes
- Analyse data, workflows and user requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and support business decisions
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Technology, Change and SRM teams to help shape practical, user-focused solutions
- Support system testing, validation activities and issue resolution to ensure new functionality is fit for purpose
- Help maintain data quality and consistency across range and space systems
- Produce clear reports, insights and recommendations to support programme delivery and ongoing performance
- Assist with change activities, including the development and delivery of user training, communications and process documentation
- Monitor system performance and user feedback, helping to identify enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities
- Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted point of contact for transformation activity
- Support the Range and Space Transformation Lead in delivering key programme milestones and objectives What you’ll bring We're committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria.

- Experience working with retail, category management, merchandising or space planning systems
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn findings into actionable insights
