About this job:

Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm

Project coordinator Customer support - To act as the main contact for customers and the external sales team providing a full range of support services, dealing with projects.

Daily duties will include:

  • Processing of orders.
  • Order amendments.
  • Coordinate Returns - Damages or replacements.

An essential function of the role will be ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer journey from the point of order to complete service delivery.

Key liaison between clients and colleagues.

Take incoming calls and emails for all enquiries, ranging from pricing queries to delivery information ensuring an accurate and timely response to these queries.

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to clients & colleagues.

You will need a confident, proactive client-focused approach with strong MS Office skills.
