Your new company Our client is a top personal injury law firm based in the North West.
They are ranked in the Top 100 law firms and have been recognised by the Legal 500 for over a decade.
They are currently recruiting for NQ-5 PQE personal injury solicitors to join their industry-leading team during a period of growth.
Your new role This Personal Injury Solicitor role will see you: Manage a personal caseload of pre- and post-issue fast-track and intermediate-track occupiers' liability and public liability cases.
Provide assistance on higher-value claims.
Conduct detailed legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when required.
Work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful case outcomes.
Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed You should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0-5 years PQE. Previous experience of fast-track OL/PL claims is essential.
Successful applicants will have a proven billing record handling a litigated caseload and a tenacious attitude towards the work they do.
Knowledge of the 'Proclaim' case management system is beneficial.
