Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient and high-quality Elective Access Reception Service to support the Trust.
- Deliver a comprehensive and confidential reception experience to patients and relatives.
- Support and collaborate with other disciplines of staff, maintaining a friendly and approachable environment.
- Work flexibly to cover extended hours, including evenings and weekends, at North Manchester General Hospital and/or The Peter Mount Building at MRI reception MFT clinics.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with users of the Reception Service through excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with the Health Records and Booking and Scheduling Team.
