We’ve got the perfect role for you at Sodexo. Join our team at HMP Forest Bank as an Operational Support Officer (OSO). Whether you’re supporting day‑to‑day operations, working night shifts, managing stores, or escorting contractors, your role will be essential in maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful environment.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming and managing visitors and official guests
- Monitoring security systems and conducting safety checks
- Supporting operational teams across Gatehouse, Control Room, Visits, and more
- Escorting contractors and ensuring compliance with prison protocols
- Managing stock and uniform distribution in stores
- Responding to incidents and maintaining vigilance during night shifts
