About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team at our client's large nursing home in Manchester. As Nurse Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary team to oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and drive continuous improvement in resident care. You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, caring, and responsive environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the nursing team to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical best practices
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and care plan reviews
