We are looking for qualified, reliable, flexible, and hardworking hands-on Maintenance Operatives to join our team. Operatives will provide high-quality first-line maintenance at multiple sites throughout Greater Manchester and the North West, serving tenants with respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fitting up medical cabinets on a wall
  • Repairing plugs in sinks
  • Replacing defective door handles and door stops
  • Putting up new shelves in offices or tenants’ properties
  • Decorating, e.g., wall finishing and painting
  • Some external work such as guttering repairs
Requirements and Expectations
  • Qualified operative with hands-on experience
  • Positive attitude, reliability, flexibility, and strong work ethic
  • Full driving licence and a vehicle available for work purposes
  • Must contribute to the on-call rota; additional payments are made for on-call duties
