Responsibilities
- Provide expert analytical support underpinning the digital transformation of NMGH.
- Determine and implement future requirements through analysis and review of systems and processes.
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, benefits realisation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure digital and operational solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Identify improvements and efficiencies, driving requirements through to business case recommendation.
