This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join Your Housing Group's Repairs and Maintenance Division and provide a high-quality Joinery and associated repair and replacement service throughout Manchester and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Undertake repairs and maintenance in occupied properties as part of the Empty Homes repairs division.
- Perform Joinery works to a high standard with focus on quality, productivity, and safety.
- Be personable, professional, and able to understand the differing needs of customers to deliver a bespoke service.
- Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and a right-first-time approach.
- Collaborate with a range of trades within the Repairs and Maintenance team to meet diverse customer needs.
What would make me stand out
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Joinery.
- Experience in additional repairs and maintenance beyond joinery.
- Experience as a Joiner within the housing sector.
- Basic health and safety knowledge in a repair environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence (ideally ≤6 points).

Salary: £35,175 per annum for a 40-hour week. 25 days of annual leave (pro-rata for part-time) plus Bank Holidays, with additional holiday options and further employee benefits.
