About this job
A well‑established housing association based in Manchester, committed to providing safe, compliant, and well‑maintained homes for its tenants. You'll be joining a supportive team that plays a key role in ensuring essential safety standards are met across the organisation.
Your new role
You’ll provide administrative support across key compliance areas including gas, electric, fire safety, water, lifts and asbestos. The role involves coordinating appointments with tenants and contractors, updating internal systems, and ensuring all compliance deadlines are met. Experience with Orchard and Compliance 365 is beneficial. This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home three days per week. Hourly rate for this role is between £18 - £20 an hour.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a compliance, repairs, or housing administration role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with tenants and contractors
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records
- Immediate availability to start

- A temporary contract running until the end of March, with potential extension to May
