What do you need to be a Concierge? Your main duties and responsibilities will be being the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring a uniquely personal experience for every guest. You will be providing recommendations within the city for dining, drinking and adventuring! You will deal with queries and guest requests – ensuring all our guests leave with a smile on their face.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts, including weekends
- Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial
- Knowledge of the local area, especially good spots for food and drink
- Passion for interacting with guests, this is a hugely hands-on role that requires great personal skills
- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team
- Drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
- A willingness to work as part of a team that embraces our culture and delights our guests every day
