We are a property management company and presently recruiting members to join our property Maintenance team. You should be knowledgeable and have experience in various aspects of basic maintenance skills, to be able to repair, decorate and cover various maintenance jobs and roofing to prepare properties for re-letting.

Able to follow job sheets and verbal instructions. Ideally you will be able to work on your own using initiative and keeping the office updated of all progress. Certain jobs will be in the homes of our tenants; you should have a polite and courteous manner whilst representing our company when doing repairs.

Hours can be arranged to suit the individual regarding start and finish times. You should have your own vehicle and own tools. Wages to be discussed at interview.
