- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure financial and operational targets are met
- Support and lead a team of technicians, managing workloads and fostering team development
- Monitor and maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Manage customer interactions directly when required, providing face-to-face assistance
- Address operational challenges promptly, offering technical and problem-solving support
- Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Drive branch profitability through strategic planning and operational management

- Proven experience managing a garage or relevant automotive environment
- Strong leadership abilities with a 'leader mentality'
- Technical background with a good understanding of automotive systems preferred
- Experience managing teams of 5-6 technicians

- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet targets
