We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our growing team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for keeping our communal areas fresh and gleaming, from polishing and dusting to vacuuming. It's all about keeping things spotless and creating a welcoming space. You will be the friendly face residents can count on for help, whether itβs with cleaning requests or assisting with small tasks around the property. You will play a key role in making sure everything stays on track, checking off daily cleaning tasks, keeping supplies organised, and maintaining a professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean all communal areas daily, including polishing, dusting, vacuuming.
- Keep lifts spotless and ensure panels are streak-free.
- Approach all resident requests with a friendly, helpful attitude, focusing on exceptional service.
- Empty, thoroughly clean, and replace outdoor ashtrays in their original spots.
- Provide guidance and assistance to residents with a positive, can-do attitude, ensuring the highest level of customer care.
- Report any health and safety issues immediately to your line manager.
- Complete the daily cleaning checklists on time.
- Keep cleaning supplies organised and stocked.
- Maintain a clean, smart, and professional appearance at all times.
- Provide utility readings to residents as needed.
