We are looking for an amazing Casual Front of House to join our friendly team at Oxygen and act as the face of the development with residents and visitors, displaying professionalism and a genuine care for the property. This role is a casual contract.

What will you do?
- Be available to residents at all times
- Deliver exceptional service as the face of the development
- Maintain the highest possible standard of cleanliness throughout the night
- Pro-actively deal with any maintenance and problems identified
- Fix, repair, maintain or clean any area or problem if able to do so (i.e. light bulb changes)
- Manage parcel deliveries to main reception, ensuring safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail in line with company procedure
- Provide utility meter readings for all properties as required
- Give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift to follow-on team members
- Manage car parking to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Issue keys only to correct personnel/residents while recording the signing in and out of keys
- Co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development
- Conduct building patrols, CCTV monitoring & safety checks
- Handle general enquiries such as queries, complaints and maintenance requests
What are you looking for?
- Previous/current experience within a Front Desk or Concierge role
- High level of customer service
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instruction and procedure as required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems
