You will be responsible for translating operational solutions into compelling, competitive pricing submissions that balance risk, value, and customer requirements.

- Experience pricing Facilities Management contracts (hard and/or soft services).
- Background within FM, IFM or outsourced services environments.
- Strong Excel and commercial modelling capability.
- Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders across bid, commercial and operational teams.
