Are you organised, switched‑on and good under pressure? We’re looking for a FM Administrative Assistant to keep our Maintenance Department running smoothly at HMP Forest Bank.
What you’ll do:
- Be the admin backbone of the Maintenance team
- Manage diaries, compliance records, training logs and contractor paperwork
- Raise purchase orders and e‑permits (SAP & CAFM/Maximo)
- Book contractors, visitors and deliveries
- Support engineers, supervisors and managers daily
- Keep everything accurate, compliant and on time
What you’ll need:
- Strong Word & Excel skills
- Brilliant organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence juggling tasks in a busy environment
- Great communication skills and a team‑player attitude
- Experience in admin, compliance or FM (ideal, not essential)
