We are looking for female support workers within our South Manchester mental health service in Fallowfield, supporting adult females who have enduring mental health diagnoses. The service provides 24‑hour support, including a waking night team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate, support and enable women to achieve greater independence using trauma‑informed, recovery and person‑centred practices.
  • Ensure a high standard of quality of life through collaboration with service users and partnering agencies.
  • Provide practical assistance with daily living, support and access to a wide range of activities that promote personal wellbeing.
  • Conduct day‑to‑day oversight of support and maintain excellent communication with line management and senior colleagues.
  • Work flexible shifts on a rolling rota to meet individual needs in a personalised way.
