F&B Assistant, Malmaison Manchester Deansgate / Sora Manchester. £12.80 + Tronc / 12 Hours. Permanent contract. Malmaison Manchester Deansgate is newly opened, located in the heart of the city on Albert Square, opposite City Hall. Sora Sky Bar & Asian-Fusion Restaurant is on the 7th floor of the Malmaison Hotel. The venue seeks passionate team members to join the Sora F&B team and help establish and grow the department.
We offer bespoke, tailored training and development plans that start before opening and continue after we welcome our first guests, supporting your career growth within Malmaison. We are open 7 days a week, year-round, and require flexibility to work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. We also offer nationally recognized apprenticeships alongside our brand training to support development.
We create memories that guests will never forget and actively encourage internal development and progression.
Our Sustainability Goals:
- 100% of our electricity is generated using renewable energy, mainly from wind farms around the UK.
- We recycle a minimum of 70% of hotel waste; this is championed by our Sustainability Council who work year-round on projects.
